Gift Card Inquiry

This module allows the user to search and track Gift Card that were sold to customers through the Point of Sales modules. If a customer lost his gift card, head office an always find the gift card that was sold to a specific customer.  The name or the customer account would be very useful in this type of situation.

Note: This Gift Card Inquiry includes the plastic credit notes and not the paper credit not as well but they post in a separate General Ledger if you are using this type of credit note. If you are using paper credit notes, please refer to the Credit Notes module.  

This module allows to see the Plastic Credit Notes or Gift Cards that are Pending or Settled by clicking on the proper option. The pending will only show the credit notes/gift cards that are not used. the Settled will only show the credit notes/gift card that are used.

Customer: This will be the Customer in which the credit note is attached too. By pressing F1 with the cursor in this field the user will be able to search for this customer by keyword.

Gift Card search: The user can type in the Credit Note/Credit Note number directly if the user knows it. This will fill in the detail of this screen by displaying the gift card number/credit note number, the amount, the issue date, the customer, the invoice number, the warehouse and the user that entered the invoice.
