Special Prices Exceptions
The special price exceptions allows the user to enter a category or product to be except from the special prices, bogos, coupons and the club card. This would apply for products with low gross margin and you do not want to apply any discounts on these items.

Warehouse: The price exceptions can be done by warehouse. At this field, the user can select a specific warehouse if you wish to enter prices exceptions for one specific warehouse.
All Warehouse: The user can apply the prices exceptions for all warehouses, simply by checking this option.
To start entering the price exceptions, the user must click on the ADD button.
Category 1: The user has 3 options at this field. 1- The user can enter a Category Level1 that will be part of this price exception. 2- The user can press enter without entering anything and this will bring the cursor under product to be able to enter individual product in the price exception. 3- The user can press F2 and the system will assume that you want to enter an exception for all products.
Category 2: If the user chose to enter a category 1 in previous field, the user may either enter a category level 2 in this field or press F2 to and the system will assume that all categories within the category entered in Category 1 is in the price exception.
Category 3: If the user chose to enter a category 2 in previous field, the user may either enter a category level 3 in this field or press F2 to and the system will assume that all categories within the category entered in Category 2 is in the price exception.
Category 4: If the user chose to enter a category 3 in previous field, the user may either enter a category level 4 in this field or press F2 to and the system will assume that all categories within the category entered in Category 3 is in the price exception.
Product: If the user chose option 2 under Category 1, the user must enter a product code.
Description: The user will display the category or the product description
Reason: The user can enter a reason for the price exception. This is for information only.
Special Prices: The user can exclude this exception from the special price by clicking on this option. This means the this exception is eligible to the special prices.
Bogos: The user can exclude this exception from the bogos by clicking on this option. This means the this exception is eligible to the bogos.
Coupons: The user can exclude this exception from the coupons by clicking on this option. This means the this exception is eligible to the coupons.
Club: The user can exclude this exception from the club prices by clicking on this option. This means the this exception is eligible to the club prices.
Add: Click the Add button to add a line to the grid.
Delete: This option deletes the currently selected line in the grid.
Delete All: This option deletes all the lines in the grid.
Print: This option allows the user to print this special price.
History Tab:
This option allow the user to view the different changes that were brought to the special prices by clicking on the history tab:

User: The user number that made the changes.
Warehouse: Phoenix warehouse number
Cat: The category that was changed
Product: The product code that was changed.
From: Old information
To: New information
Date/Time: Date and time of the change.
