Credit Authorization
The Credit Authorization menu allows the Credit Department to authorize a Sale for a customer which is over their credit limit.
Once the cashier gets the message to call the Credit Department on her screen since the sale for a specific customer is over their credit limit, the cashier will contact the Credit Department. The Credit Department will open the Credit Authorization Screen and and the following information will show-up:

The user must select the proper invoice by using the drop-down list and press enter and the system will fill in all the information.

Based on this information, the user must take a decision to Authorize or Not Authorize this sale.
If the user selects Authorize, she can let the cashier know to proceed with the sale by clicking on OK and finish the sale. If The user selects Not Authorized, she can let the cashier know that the sale is not authorized so the cashier will have to press OK and cancel the invoice and let the customer know that the sale wasn't authorized.
POS - Customer is over their credit limit and system is asking for authorization. The user will have to call the credit department to ask for an authorization number to proceed with the charge sales.
The user can click on OK once they received the authorization from the Credit Department and the sale will go through. If the user cannot reach the credit department to get authorization, it can be authorized by a manager by clicking on Authorize.

The manager will enter their user and password to authorize this sale.
