Product Add-on

This option is used to enter Add-on products to another product.  Before entering add-on products under this menu, all products must be created under the product maintenance file.  Please refer to the Main - Main Information and the Main-Other Information sections. This option is used when the user can suggest products that should be purchased with a certain product.  For example, the user can suggest to sell charcoal with a BBQ or suggest to sell plant fertilizer when selling plants etc.

The user must enter the Main Product under the Main Product field and the system will display the Unit and the Description automatically which is from the Main tab of the product.

Once the Main Product entered, the user must press on the Add button.

Product SKU: The user must enter the add-on product number or press F1 to perform a search to find the proper product number.

Description: The description will be automatically displayed.

Unit: The Unit of measure will be automatically displayed.

Quantity: The user must type in the quantity needed for this item while selling the main item.

History Tab

This option is used to display all changes done to this Add-on file.

User: The user number who made the change.

Field: The field name that was changed.

From: Old Information.

To: New Information.

Date/Time: Date and Time of change.
