Locations:

This option is used to enter the locations for each products in the store.  This must be entered by warehouse (by store).

Warehouse: The user must type in the warehouse number which is the store number.

The user must press the Add button to enter the Aisle.

Aisle: The user must type in the aisle number.  This field is 5 digits and is alpha-numerical.

English Description: The user must type in the English Description. This field is 40 digits and is alpha-numerical.

French Description: The user must type in the French Description. This field is 40 digits and is alpha-numerical. The user can press enter to copy the English Description into the French Description.

Once the Aisle is created, type in the Aisle in the top part of the screen and the user will be able to create the Rows.

The user must press the Add button to enter the Row.

Row: The user must type in the row number.  This field is 5 digits and is alpha-numerical.

English Description: The user must type in the English Description. This field is 40 digits and is alpha-numerical.

French Description: The user must type in the French Description. This field is 40 digits and is alpha-numerical. The user can press enter to copy the English Description into the French Description.

Once the Row is created, type in the Row in the top part of the screen and the user will be able to create the the Shelf.

The user must press the Add button to enter the Shelf.

Shelf: The user must type in the shelf number.  This field is 5 digits and is alpha-numerical.

English Description: The user must type in the English Description. This field is 40 digits and is alpha-numerical.

French Description: The user must type in the French Description. This field is 40 digits and is alpha-numerical. The user can press enter to copy the English Description into the French Description.

Once the Shelf is created, type in the Row in the top part of the screen and the user will be able to create the the Box.

The user must press the Add button to enter the Box.

Box: The user must type in the box number.  This field is 5 digits and is alpha-numerical.

English Description: The user must type in the English Description. This field is 40 digits and is alpha-numerical.

French Description: The user must type in the French Description. This field is 40 digits and is alpha-numerical. The user can press enter to copy the English Description into the French Description.

Suggestion Notes:  Enter all your Aisles one after the other and than for to Row and enter your Rows one after the other and so on and so forth.  This would be easier and faster for the user.

Once all your locations are entered into this maintenance, the user must attached these locations to each products through the Locations in the product maintenance.

History Tab:

This option is used to display all changes done to the Locations Maintenance.

User: The user number who made the change.

Location: The location that was changed.

From: Old Information.

To: New Information.

Date/Time: Date and Time of change.
