Ordering

This option is to enter all the ordering parameters of the product by warehouse. Only one parameter can be entered per warehouse.

The user must press the Add button to add the ordering parameters.

Warehouse: The user must type in the warehouse number or press F1 to search for the proper warehouse.

Min Quantity: This would be the minimum quantity that you want to keep on hand at any time.

Max Quantity: This would be the maximum quantity that you want to keep on hand at any time.

Shelf Minimum: This would be the minimum shelf quantity you want to have on hand at any time.

Exclude From: The user must enter from which month you would like to exclude the automatic reordering of the product. The user must choose from a drop-down list.

Exclude To:  The user must enter to which month you would like to exclude the automatic reordering of the product. The user must choose from a drop-down list.

Auto Ordering: The user must check this box if you want to include this product and this warehouse in the calculation when doing the auto reordering.
