Memos

This option was designed to allow the user to enter memos for the product.  The user also has the option of where the memo will be displayed or printed.  The user may enter up to 3 different groups of memos.

English: The user must type in the English Memo in this field.  This allows 5 lines of 50 characters.

French:The user must type in the French Memo in this field.  This allows 5 lines of 50 characters.

Order: The user must checked this box if the user wants to display the above memo in the order entry.

Delivery: The user must checked this box if the user wants to display the above memo in the Delivery menu.

Invoice: The user must checked this box if the user wants to display the above memo in the Invoice menu.

Purchase Order: The user must checked this box if the user wants to display the above memo in the Purchase Order entry.

Receiving Slip: The user must checked this box if the user wants to display the above memo in the Receiving Slip entry.

Purchase Invoice: The user must checked this box if the user wants to display the above memo in the Purchase Invoice entry.

Form: The user must check this box if you want the system to print this memo on the actual form.

Screen: The user must check this box if you want to display this memo on screen in the document that was checked.
