Lots

This option is used when you system is set to FIFO (First In First Out).  If your system is set to Average Cost, the system will only display one lot which would be a "zzzzz" for all transactions by warehouse.  When FIFO is selected, a lot will be created for each transaction.  By double clicking on a lot, the system will display the details of the lot.  This method assumes that the first unit making its way into inventory is the first sold.

Average Cost:  Current System Average Cost

Warehouse: The user can select from the drop-down list the warehouse to see this information.  By default, the system shows for all warehouses.

Period: The information displayed is by period. No period can be manually entered.  They must be selected from the drop-down list. This list is populated by the period that currently exist in your system.

Lot: Phoenix lot number associate to the transaction.

Warehouse: Lot warehouse

First Month:  This will display the first month when using the FIFO method.   When in average cost, the first month and the last month will be the same.

Last Month: This will display the last month when using the FIFO method.   When in average cost, the first month and the last month will be the same.

Quantity: Lot quantity

Net Cost:  Lot net cost

Extension: Extension which is the quantity x Net Cost
