Product History

This option allows the user to view the history on product such as quantities on hand, on Order etc. When accessing this option, the system will ask you the following question:

The system would like to know if you want to add the quantities sold from the satellite product as well. The user must answer yes or no to include these quantities or not.

Warehouse: The user can select the warehouse number from the drop-down List.  By default, the system displays this information for all Warehouses.

The first part shows the user the product number, the description, the unit of measure and the type of the items which comes from the Main tab of this product.

Quantities

On Hand: Quantities on hand

Promised: Quantity promised

Production: Quantity Produced through the production module

On Order: Quantities on order

Bookings: Quantity in Booking for a customer

Promised Back Order: Quantity Promised to a customer

Measures

These fields are automatically filled in with the information from the Main tab of this item.

Thickness: Thickness of the product

Width: Width of the product

Length: Length of the product

Quantity per Package: Quantity per Package of the product

Weight: Weight of the product

Volume: Volume of the product

Reorder

These fields are automatically filled in with the information from the Main tab and the Ordering tab of this item.

Minimum: Thickness of the product

Maximum: Width of the product

Economic: Length of the product

Purchases

Current Purchases: Purchases for the month and cumulative (year-to-date)

Last Year: Purchases for the month last year and cumulative (year-to-date) last year

Sales

This part of the screen shows you the sales of the items by Period.  The system starts by displaying the most recent period first.

Period: Period

Sales: Quantity sold for that period

Cumulative: Quantity sold year-to-date

Period: Period last year

Sales: Quantity sold for that period last year

Cumulative: Quantity sold year-to-date last year

The user can include the Inventory/Physical Count (INVEN) in this graph by checking the box.

The user has the following choices:

Show Decimals: If the user wants to display the decimals in the Sales by period, the user must check this box.

12 Month Graphic: The user must check this box to view a 12 months graphic.

12 Months Sales

24 Month Graphic: The user must check this box to view a 24 months graphic.

24 Months Sales

Comparative Graphic: The user must check this box to view a Comparative Graphic.

Comparative Graphic
