Parameters

This option is used to enter Labour Codes and Overhead Codes to be added to the production recipe.

The user must click on the Add button to enter the new parameters.

Code: The user must enter the code.  This field is 5 digits and is alpha-numerical.

English Description: The user must enter the English Description.  This field is 40 digits and is alpha-numerical.

French Description: The user must enter the English Description.  This field is 40 digits and is alpha-numerical.

Type: The user must choose type from the drop-down list which is either a labour or overhead charge.

General Ledger: The user must type in the General Ledger account where the charge should be posted.

Rate %: The user must enter the percentage rate.

Rate $: The user must enter the dollar rate.

History Tab:

This option is used to display all changes done to the Locations Maintenance.

User: The user number who made the change.

Code: The code that was changed.

Field: The field that was changed.

From: Old Information.

To: New Information.

Date/Time: Date and Time of change.
