Recipe Entry

 

This option is used to enter a recipe for a Product.  Before entering a recipe, the user must create the product number in the product maintenance - Main.

 

 

Product: The user must type in the product code.  The description, the unit and Type will populate automatically based on the product's information from the product's maintenance file.

 

Raw Material Tab

 

The user must press on the Add button to start entering the raw material for this recipe.

 

Product sku: The user must type in the product number.

 

Quantity: The user must type in the quantity required to make the final product.

 

Waste %: The user can enter a waste percentage. If not, the user can press enter.

 

The user must enter all the raw materials required to produce the final product.

 

 

Labour Tab

 

The user must press on the Add button to start entering the labour charge for this recipe.

 

 

Code: The user must enter the Code or press F1 to search for the Labour code which was created under the Parameters Maintenance.

 

Quantity: The user must enter the quantity.  (i.e.) 1 And the labour rate %, rate $ and total will automatically be populated.

 

 

Overhead Tab

 

The user must press on the Add button to start entering the Overhead charge for this recipe.

 

 

Code: The user must enter the Code or press F1 to search for the Labour code which was created under the Parameters Maintenance.

 

Quantity: The user must enter the quantity.  (i.e.) 1 And the labour rate %, rate $ and total will automatically be populated.

 

 

Production Memos Tab

 

The user must click either under the English Word to start entering the English memos or under the French Word to start entering the French memos for this recipe.

 

 

The user has approximately 14 lines of 140 characters to enter the memos.

 

 

History Tab

 

This option is used to display all changes done to recipe Maintenance.

 

 

 

 

User: The user number who made the change.

 

Tab: The tab that was changed (i.e. Product, Overhead, Labour, Memos)

 

Product/Code: The product or the code such as Labour or Overhead that was changed.

 

Field: The field that was changed.

 

From: Old Information.

 

To: New Information.

 

Date/Time: Date and Time of change.
