Budget:

The budget module allow the user to enter the General Ledger budget for the year.
Budget Year: The user must choose the year for the budget entry.

Based on Year: the user can actually choose form passed year based on real or budget so the user doesn't have to start the budget from scratch.

Once the user entered both of these fields, the user can press the Start key:

The system will start transferring all amounts for the budget (in this example, based on real numbers for 2022)

Once the system is done bringing in all of the amounts for that year into this budget, the system will display the following screen:

Before doing any modifications, Press the save button. Recall the budget year and the system will load it.
At this time, the user will be able to add or modify amounts

In this example, an amount will be added for Office supplies for the month of April. The user must double click on the right square and the following window will pop-up:

The user can enter a certain percentage based on the total or a fix amount and press the Change button.
Must press the calculate button at the end and the ave button one more time.
