Countries
The Countries Menu allows the user to enter different countries that your company deal with.
The user must press the Add button to enter a new country.
Code: The user must enter a 2 digit code for the country.
English Description: The user must enter the country's English name.
French Description: The user must enter the country's French name.
Tax Rate %: The user must enter the tax rate for this region.
English Abbreviation: The user must enter the English abbreviation for the tax rate.
French Abbreviation: The user must enter the French abbreviation for the tax rate.
Registration: The user must enter the Registration number for the tax.
G/L: The user must enter the General Ledger where the Tax should be posted in the G/L.
Modification
When a field needs to be modified, the user can double click on the field itself and the user can change the actual field. This change will be recorded under the History.
Deletion
If a line must be deleted, the user can select the line, click on delete and accept the deletion. This deletion will be recorded under the History..
History
This screen will keep an history of all fields that was changed to this specific user by displaying the following information:
User: The user number who made the change.
Country: The country that was changed.
Field: The field name that was changed.
From: Old Information.
To: New Information.
Date/Time: Date and Time of change.
The user must click on the box besides "View Complete History" to view all of the History.
