Regions
The Region allows the user to create the Regions required. These regions can be attached to customer so that you will be able to print Sales by Customer by Region report.
To start entering a region, the user must press the Add button.
Region: the user must enter the Region code. This code can be up to five digit and it's alpha-numerical.
English Description: The user must enter the English Name of the region.
French Description: The user must enter the French name of the region.
Modification
When a field needs to be modified, the user can double click on the field itself and the user can change the actual field. This change will be recorded under the History.
Deletion
If a line must be deleted, the user can select the line, click on delete and accept the deletion. This deletion will be recorded under the History..
History
This screen will keep an history of all fields that was changed to this specific user by displaying the following information:
User: The user number who made the change.
Region: The region that was changed.
Field: The field name that was changed.
From: Old Information.
To: New Information.
Date/Time: Date and Time of change.
The user must click on the box besides "View Complete History" to view all of the History.
