Banks

 

The banks allows the user to create different bank account such as a Canadian bank as well as a foreign bank.

 

 

 

Please notice that the fields in red are mandatory fields so they must be filled in by the user.

 

Bank: The user must enter the 5 digit alpha-numerical bank code

 

Bank Name: The user must enter the Bank name in this field. This field is 40 digit alpha-numerical.

 

Address: The user can enter the address.

 

City: The user can enter the city.

 

Country: The user must enter the country.

 

Postal Code: The user can enter the postal code.

 

Province: The user must enter the province.

 

Phone: The user can enter the phone number.

 

Fax: The user can enter the fax number.

 

Cell Phone: The user can enter the cell phone number.

 

Pager: The user can enter the page number.

 

Other Phone: The user can enter another phone number.

 

Currency: The user must enter the currency.

 

G/L: The user must enter the general ledger account.

 

Exchange: The user can enter the exchange rate.

 

Contact 1: The user can enter a contact name.

 

Contact 2: The user can enter a second contact name.

 

Contact 3: The user can enter a third contact name.

 

Email 1: The user can enter an email address.

 

Email 2: The user can enter a second email address.

 

Email 3: The user can enter a third email address.

 

Web Site: The user can enter a web site.

 

Bank Account Number: The user can enter the bank account number.

 

Comments: The user can enter comments.

 

The user must press on the Save button to save the information entered.  If the user need to modify an existing field, the suer must recall the bank number code and click on the actual information to modified. Once modified, the user must press on the Save button to save these actual changes.

 

The user will notice that the system will asked if this bank is active or inactive so the user will have to click on the appropriate box:

 

 

 

History Tab

 

 

 

This screen will keep an history of all fields that was changed to this specific user by displaying the following information:

 

User: The user number who made the change.

 

Field: The field name that was changed.

 

From: Old Information.

 

To: New Information.

 

Date/Time: Date and Time of change.

 

 

 The user must click on the box besides "View Complete History"  to view all of the History.
