Specific Properties

The Specific Properties allows the user to create customized  fields to suit your business. This fields are available under the Product maintenance menu under the "Specific" tab.

The user must press on the Add button to add a customized field. These fields will be available for all products in your product maintenance menu.

Code: The user must type in the 10 digit alpha-numerical code. i.e. 01

English Description:  The user must type in the English description. This field is 40 digit alpha-numerical.

French Description:  The user must type in the French description. This field is 40 digit alpha-numerical.

Type: The user must select either Text, Drop List or Check box by using the drop-down list.  If the user chooses the Drop List, the user must continue the set-up under the Specific Properties Options to create the list.

Sort: The user must type in a number on how these fields would be sorted under the product maintenance menu.

History

This screen will keep an history of all fields that was changed to this specific user by displaying the following information:

Property: The item that was changed.

Field: The field name that was changed.

From: Old Information.

To: New Information.

Date/Time: Date and Time of change.

 The user must click on the box besides "View Complete History"  to view all of the History.
