Card Type 1: Select card type from the drop-down list.  These card types can be created through the Card Type Maintenance.

Card Number: Enter the card number as shown on the card of Card Type 1.  This field is numerical and it is 16 characters.

Expiry Date: Select the expiry date Month and Year of as shown on the card of Card Type 1.

Card Type 2: Select card type from the drop-down list.  These card types can be created through the Card Type Maintenance.

Card Number: Enter the card number as shown on the card of Card Type 2.  This field is numerical and it is 16 characters.

Expiry Date: Select the expiry date Month and Year of as shown on the card of Card Type 2.

Club Card: The club card number and the expiry date will be displayed whenever a club card number is attached to this account. This field is numerical and it is 16 characters.

Driver's license: Enter the customer's driver's license number should you wish to keep extra information for credit purposes or rental purposes. This field is alphanumerical and it is 20 characters.

Medical: Enter the customer's medical card number should you wish to keep extra information for credit purposes or rental purposes. This field is alphanumerical and it is 20 characters.

Social Insurance: Enter the customer's social insurance number should you wish to keep extra information for credit purposes or rental purposes. This field is alphanumerical and it is 20 characters.

Comments: Use this field to enter any extra comments of information that may be helpful for credit information.  This field is limited to 3 lines of 50 characters each (total of 150 characters).

User defined fields: The user defined field in this table can be custom by the user through the User Define fields. The user can customize up to 12 fields and add any information that is not already presented in any tabs of the Customer Maintenance. These fields are alphanumerical and 40 characters.

Once customize, this table will be the same for all customers. It is customized by system, not by customer.
