Price Change Reasons

The Price Change Reasons module allows the user to enter as many reason why the user would changed a price at Point of Sales or Order entry such as wrong price in system, match competitor, special price not in system etc . These price change reasons will pop-up at Point of Sales as well as order entry when a price is overridden, the user must choose one of the reasons why he is overriding the price.

The user must click on the Add button to add a new price change reason.

Item:  The user will type in a number and press enter.  It is basically giving a number to a price change reason.

English Description: The user will enter an English description to describe the reason code.  i.e. not required, damaged etc.

French Description: The user will enter a French Description to describe the reason code if applicable.  If not, the user can press enter and the system will copy the English description into the French description automatically.

Please note that these price change reasons will appear in POS and OE when the price is overridden or if a discount is given.

Please note that the Phoenix software keep records of all the changes for the price change reason in the History section.
