Contacts

Contacts:          The user can enter different contacts for this customer.  The following information can be entered by the user: name, title, rank, language, telephone number, extension, fax number, cell phone number, pager number, house number and email address.

 Please make sure that customer account is displayed.

The user will have to click on add and the following fields can be entered:

Name: Enter contact name. This field is alphanumerical and 40 characters.

Title: Enter contact title This field is alphanumerical and 15 characters.

Rank: This field can be used to rate the contacts importance level within the company. It can also be used as a call sequence such as 1 being the first person you should call and 9 being the last. This field is numerical and it is 1 character.

Language: The user must choose from a drop down list.

Telephone: This field can be used for the main phone number. This field is numeric and 10 characters.

Ext: This field can be used to enter this contact's extension. This field is numeric and 5 characters.

Fax: This field is to enter this contact's fax number.  This field is numeric and 10 characters.

Cell Phone: This field is to enter this contact's cell phone number. This field is numeric and 10 characters.

Pager: This field is to enter this contact's pager number. This field is numeric and 10 characters.

House:  This field is to enter this contact's home phone number. This field is numeric and 10 characters.

email: This field is to enter this contact's email address. This field is alphanumerical and 100 characters.

The user can enter as many contacts as he wants by following the instruction above.
